    RedHat: Limit sysv to systemd convert triggers to RHEL 7
    
    The triggerun scriptlets save the SysV runlevel configuration when
    upgrading from a pre-1.6.0 (SysV) openafs package to a systemd-based
    one.  This only applies to in-place upgrades from RHEL 6 to RHEL 7,
    and from Fedora 14 to Fedora 15 or 16.  In-place upgrades to RHEL 8
    and later must pass through RHEL 7, and upgrades to the supported
    Fedora releases (18 and later) must pass through Fedora 16 or 17.
    
    Limit the triggers, and the systemd-sysv package requirement which
    provides systemd-sysv-convert for them, to RHEL 7.  While here, fix
    the comments, which refer to httpd instead of the openafs services.
