    doc: Fix typos and formatting in process documents
    
    Update the process documents to fix spelling, grammar, typos and
    formatting errors.
    
    - Fix spelling and grammar errors
    - Fix typos in file and path names:
      - The afsload path in code-status.md
      - The src/ prefix in the compiler-warnings.md table
      - The libafsauthent.so name in standards-compliance.md
      - The cache directory in the example output in howto-build-openafs.md
    - In howto-build-openafs.md:
      - Fix the server configuration step numbering
      - Fix the disk cache size (1000000 1K blocks is about 1GB, not 100MB)
    - Update the wording for the git user.name and user.email in
      howto-use-gerrit.md.
    - Correct markdown levels:
      - code-style-guide.md
      - howto-create-packages.md
      - Add a title to howto-install-kerberos.md that matches the
        01-contributor-guide
    - Remove a duplicated paragraph about full prototypes in
      code-style-guide.md
    - Fix the broken code-style-guide link in submitting-changes.md
    
    None of the changes alter the actual policies.
