    license: Add contributors of Sun RPC files
    
    In order to prioritize the Sun RPC relicensining, list the contributors
    to the files which were originally distributed under the Sun RPC license
    (as listed under "Which Code" in RELICENSING.md). Add these as "?"
    entries to show relicensing consent needs to be granted by these
    contributors.
    
    This list of contributors was obtained by running:
    
        $ git log --format="%aN <%aE>" -- $sunrpc_files | sort --ignore-case --unique
    
    Some entries are clearly duplicates, but we keep the duplicates around
    so checking the list against 'git log' is easier to automate. To
    de-duplicate the entries, add the appropriate entries to .mailmap in a
    separate commit (with the author's consent).
    
    Some authors are annotated with an associated corporate entity when we
    believe that there is a separate entity we may obtain consent from. Some
    authors may or may not require consent from another entity; entries we
    aren't sure about are left without an annotation, and may be added later
    after talking to that author.
