[OpenAFS-devel] suggested patch, gets rid of a few warnings.

In src/afs/UKERNEL/sysincludes (or somewhere else appropriate):

#undef pid_t
#endif
#ifdef ino_t
#undef ino_t
#endif

It will get rid of a TON of warnings on linux.
