[OpenAFS-devel] AFS faq?

What are the plans for the AFS faq? Seems to me it would be good to
relocate that FAQ from wherever it is now, move it to openafs.org, and
update it to include OpenAFS. 

Might be good to consider using that web based FAQ software, so long as
a single static-html/txt file can be generated from it.
