[OpenAFS-devel] openafs cell and contrib area?

Ah. Wasn't quite sure how open that process will be. Even still, I'd imagine
that there will still be preliminary patches, or patches not of interest to
everyone. For those, it would be nice to have a central area. (Hey, if
nothing else, it would probably be smart to have the source/copy of cvs in
afs for people to get at it that way.)
i.e. stuff like the people/ dir for the linux kernel.
