[OpenAFS-devel] openafs cell and contrib area?

It's still a bit unclear what the process will be, but it _IS_
supposed to be relatively open.  Also, the CVS repository is
accessible via anoymous CVS and via cvsweb, so putting it into AFS
would be overkill, IMHO.

I have nothing against a central work-in-progress area, but if nobody
else is interested, why do you need to distribute it?  And if other
people ARE interested, it should probably get patched into the
mainline (or at least a branch) in CVS.
