I have tried it with both builds on my home machine, and in both cases,
this is the result:
cessna(97)> insmod /usr/vice/etc/modload/libafs-2.2.18pre17.mp.o
cessna(98)> lsmod
Module Size Used by
libafs-2.2.18pre17.mp 447072 0 (unused)
vmnet 15648 1
vmmon 17440 0 (unused)
parport 7504 0
NVdriver 526656 12 (autoclean)
vfat 9584 2 (autoclean)
fat 30720 2 (autoclean) [vfat]
cessna(99)> rmmod libafs-2.2.18pre17.mp
Segmentation fault
cessna(100)> lsmod
Module Size Used by
libafs-2.2.18pre17.mp 0 0 (deleted)

When starting afsd on this machine, it basically just sucks cpu. I
haven't had a chance to delve further.
