Well, they don't:

# grep d_instantiate /usr/src/linux-2.2.19/include/linux/modules/*
include/linux/modules/ksyms.ver:#define __ver_d_instantiate     smp533d56fc
include/linux/modules/ksyms.ver:#define d_instantiate   _set_ver(d_instantiate)

# grep d_instantiate /proc/ksyms
c013a630 d_instantiate_Rsmp5eda0f80

So, where the heck do I get the correct kernel sources for the
RedHat kernel-enterprise-2.2.19-6.2.7.i686.rpm??
