[OpenAFS-devel] S/390 1.0.3 patch

Thanks to Carsten Jacobi and Michael Durket.  What this patch does is to
address PAGE_OFFSET being incorrectly set for S/390, and to fix the
PRE_Block problem again (if PRE_Block is a char, we have to set the byte
at the offset 0; if it's an int, the correct offset is 3).
