[OpenAFS-devel] problem about compile ntp in openafs-1.0.3 under Redhat 7.0

You should not use the NTP distributed with AFS.. It's VERY old.  If
you want to use NTP for time syncronization (which you should), go
download a more recent version.  Indeed, ntp is shipped with Red Hat
(as the xntp3 package, IIRC).
