It was not clear to me that "-dynroot" and a local root.afs are
mutually exclusive.

I added an additional entry in my CellServDB file for the cell "slac"
which is just a copy of the entry for cell "slac.stanford.edu". That
works.

I am not sure how that works. I tried accessing "/afs/openafs.org"
without having it in my CellServDB and I canNOT access this cell.
The command "host -t afsdb openafs.org" shows that there _is_ a DNS
afsdb entry for this cell.

Does the "-dynroot" feature not work with these "DNS-only" cells?
Do I need an entry in CellServDB?
