[OpenAFS-devel] Bug in OpenAFS-1.2.2

I don't object iff you make it a configuration option (so users
can turn it off via the configuration file).  Similarly, I would
like to see the Dynroot selection a configuration option (but I'd
prefer that to defaut to 'off').
