[OpenAFS-devel] 1.2.3 compile barfs on AIX 4.3.3

On AIX 4.3.3.0 OpenAFS includes /usr/include/net/proto_net.h which
wants to include <sys/call_ie.h>. Seems that IBM has forgotten that
file. Anyone with a ready workaround?
