[OpenAFS-devel] Jaguar startup script location

Just a note over a minor thing to whomever builds the final package for OS X
and OS X Jaguar...

startupscripts installed should go in /Library/StartupItems (and this folder
should be created if it does not exist) according to apple docs and not in
/System/Library/StartupItems

I've tested on Jaguar that creating /Library/StartupItems and placing the
OpenAFS startup script in there does indeed work.
