[OpenAFS-devel] Problems on runing Openafs-1.2.9 for zLinux on IBM mainframe

Hi,

I was able to build both 1.2.8 and 1.2.9 on SuSE SLES8 (zlinux with 2.4.19
kernel)  on IBM mainframe (zSeries). I was able to start AFS and do klog,
vos and fs comands. The first "df" command shows the AFS filesystem. But
when I do a "cd" or "ls" to a AFS directory, my shell session hangs. Then
another "df" command from another session will hang the whole system. Did
anyone encountered this before?

Am I missing something for running 1.2.8 or 1.2.9 on zLinux on IBM zSeries?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
