The peer is going away prematurely, it appears. If you're able to spend
any effort on this, the thing which would help is getting backtraces each
time a peer is destroyed in rxi_DestroyConnection and then observing why
rxi_CleanupConnection gets called with a connection whose peer was
destroyed.
