 Dear All,
I was using OpenAFS 1.2.6 with redhat7.3. I had problem with
Volumes disappearing. So I updated to OpenAFS 1.2.8

 rpm -U --force --nodeps openafs-1.2.8-rh7.3.1.i386.rpm
 rpm -U openafs-kernel-1.2.8-rh7.3.1.i386.rpm
 rpm -U --nodeps openafs-compat-1.2.8-rh7.3.1.i386.rpm
 rpm -U openafs-client-1.2.8-rh7.3.1.i386.rpm
 rpm -U openafs-devel-1.2.8-rh7.3.1.i386.rpm
 rpm -U openafs-kpasswd-1.2.8-rh7.3.1.i386.rpm
 rpm -U openafs-krb5-1.2.8-rh7.3.1.i386.rpm
 rpm -U openafs-server-1.2.8-rh7.3.1.i386.rpm

When I try to start afs client I get the following:

afsd: No check server daemon in client.
afsd: Can't mount AFS on /afs(22)

 Thanks, Sabah.
