[OpenAFS-devel] Building OpenAFS on Windows with InstallShield and Multiple Languages

I am trying to build OpenAFS 1.2.x on a W2K platform. 
I have it built, and am now trying to build the media,
using InstallShield 5.5 Professional. 

 nmake -f ntmakefile media

It says some languages are not supported. Any idea
how to support them or build without them? 

Are there any plans to use a newer version of InstallShield
that understands W2K, and XP?
