Actually not, you are right. I have:

b629873e811bd081a9f535da9e11ed94  tmp/openafs-1.3.75-src.tar.bz2

Officially it should have:

2b33ebc9d084fe1ed6bbb112050585b3

This same broken file I've got on two different hosts located on two
different networks. :(
