Yes, you can. If you want to do it with minimal downtime, edit one
CellServDB entry at a time (on all servers) and restart the db
services on that server. Check after each restart that you have
quorum amongst your db servers.

Pure fileservers are the easiest. Change IP and restart the fs. Done.
