I suppose it helps to find FIDs in a dump if you know there must be a 
pattern 0x2000xxxx.
But when 7 years ago a part of our institute felt it necessary to have 
their own cell
I started it with 0x1000000000 to be able to later integrate them again. 
It works, of course,
the same.
