It looks like its getting close to being an actual patch.  From
the thread, it looks like it will support processes with different
UIDs sharing the same keyring and processes with the same UID
using different keyrings.  Now's the time for AFS to get involved
with the design rather than whining after-the-fact that AFS can't use it
after its been merged.
