[OpenAFS-devel] isolating/repeating the kernel panic

I may have narrowed down the kernel panic behavior..

it seems that when afsd hasn't bound to a volume server (eg volume location 
server down) at startup, and you do the /sbin/service afs stop, it seems to 
kernel panic (even after bos shutdown localhost -localauth -wait).

This is RHEL 3WS, with 2.4.21-15.0.2.ELsmp
