Ugh. Wikis. "loathe and abhor" applies here, but I'll do it. Or at least
take a stab at it.

OK, I have a fully reproducable panic on my FreeBSD 5.2.1-R box (it's SMP,
if that makes a difference):

1) reboot
2) log in as root, kldload libafs.ko, run afsd (note no automation here)
3) log in as me, klog, cd /afs/@cell
4) mkdir foo (fails, it's a read-only fs)
5) cd
6) panic
