There is still a lot of work for us, but the goal of Samba4 also is to be a
full Active Directory Domain Controller.

We have an early prototype of our own LDAP implementation, and we will
initially use Heimdal with a backend to talk to our own database. We will be
able to use an enterprise LDAP infrastructure as a database.
