David Howells got some patches accepted to the mainstream kernel that
add key/keyring support.  You can find his userspace tool here:
	http://people.redhat.com/~dhowells/keys/keyctl.c

I think you can find the kernel patches in that directory, but note 
that they're
already applied to recent kernels.
