[OpenAFS-devel] 1.3.77 on Linux 2.6.10 (Fedora Core 3 test): patches for partial success

The attached three patches let me build openafs 1.3.77 against Linux kernel
2.6.9-1.724_FC3 (which is basically 2.6.10-ac2 with a handful of other
patches -- it's _not_ a highly patched kernel).

And AFS even _works_ -- I did an md5sum of everything in
/afs/openafs.org/software/openafs/v1.3/1.3.50/source with no problems.

But eventually -- in the attached "Crash #1", triggered by running "ls -R" in
/afs/grand.central.org/ -- I get a hang and a kernel oops. (The system
doesn't crash, and AFS continues to work, but the command hangs.)

When I configure for the servers here at Boston University, it hangs and I
get Crash #2 immediately on trying to cd to /afs/bu.edu.

The "pagefollowlinkfix" patch I'm pretty sure about -- it just fixes a
problem in an autoconf test.

The "zombiefix" patch just removes a block of code -- it's not generally
useful. Derrick Brashear tells me it's okay because I have no idea what a
gcpag is, though. :)

Both of those are required to make the _current_ FC3 kernel,
2.6.9-1.724_FC3, work, and I don't get the hangs and kernel messages.
