[OpenAFS-devel] Windows client - maintaining AFS Client admins group.

Hello all,
I'm not sure if this has been discussed, but auto-adding new 
Admininstrator-level Users to the AFS Client Admins group would be a worthy 
addition to the Windows client. I did this recently for an image w/ 1.3.81 
pre-installed on laptops intended for incoming freshmen, etc. I tacked 
something (borrowed from the install-time code that does this) on startup 
of afsd_service.exe. I can share this last minute fix, but would at least 
like to propose this sort of thing.
