[OpenAFS-devel] openafs-1.4.0-rc4 cache tuning??

I just built 1.4.0-rc4, hopeing to have some sane tuning parameters for
large cache sizes, but to my dismay, it is still using the horribly
outdated original code.

Is there a good reason we really need to keep the old behavior? I'd like
to give the 1.4.0-rc code a workout, but not having decent defaults
makes me a lot less enthusiastic about the idea.
