We are running Binc IMAP (www.bincimap.org) and its SMP machines with
2gig memory and 400meg cache.

I have experimented with diffrent sizes and it has not affected the sock
leak much.

For what I know we don't have race conditions altho if there are hidden
race conditions inside the kernel modules that can explain leakage of
sock memory.

Switching to non-SMP isn't really an option because we need the CPU for
IMAP.
