[OpenAFS-devel] Installing AFS on RHEL 3

All the binaries are in /usr/bin or /usr/sbin
The server configuration is in /usr/afs/
The client configuration is in /usr/vice

You should follow the instructions but just replace the
binary paths as appropriate.
