[OpenAFS-devel] revised cvsps for openafs

/afs/andrew.cmu.edu/usr/shadow/cvsps-openafs.tar.gz is actually useful
for generating patchsets from the OpenAFS tree, as opposed to, say,
segfaulting due to unfortunate assumptions in cvsps.

However, note that in order for empty files to be handled correctly
when they are created you'll want to put a file in /tmp/dummy
containing a magic diff to create an empty file. See cvsps.c in the
comments for details.
