Lest there be allegations of self-interest in what's committed, I'll
point out that when a bug is discovering blocking a platform or a
whole release, the provider of bugfies of last resort for the
gatekeepers would be whichever gatekeeper is generally an expert in a
particular piece of code. So, when you (for any you) doesn't fix it,
and we need to release, I (or Jeff, or Russ, or previously Jim or
Garry) get to fix it.
