Sorry, as it's all on the rxk5-devel-1_5_57 branch, I thought it
isolated.  Will be more verbose in future.  There is planned to be
more churn on that branch applying changes forward of 1_5_7.  The
intention at that point is to pull the rxk5-devel tag forward.
