Chrome for Windows
Firefox 13 for Windows (brand new, installed 1 min ago)

The default font size for nearly all browsers is 16pt, not 13.

Press Ctrl-0 (for Windows, unknown for Mac/Linux) to return
the browser to the default font size. I suspect you will see
the issue across all browsers.
