To be honest, they are different logos.

It is a change log with all changes since 1.2 to present.

On what browser?  With what screen resolution?  With what font?

On Windows I see no scrollbar on IE9 or Firefox 13.
I do with Chrome but Chrome defaults to a 16pt font instead of 13pt.
The larger font size requires the scrollbar.
