Is OpenID for RT on that list?

That sounds like the compelling reason to use RT I was asking about earlier.

Which brings up another point... is OpenID (and various common openid
providers) sufficiently trusted to allow easy authenticated community
access to RT? A policy of no OpenID logins for non-public queues might
be reasonable.
