[OpenAFS-devel] macos10-9 builder on 1.6.x

The last of the "mavericks" commits have been merged onto 1.6.x. Can
someone confirm that 1.6.x now builds on mavericks, and maybe we can add
the 10.9 builder to build 1.6.x changes? I tried forcing a build via the
buildbot web interface, but it doesn't seem to be going through; not
sure why:
