[OpenAFS-devel] new buildbot builders

Several new daily buildbot builders have been added to the openafs buildbot
recently.

* debian87-x86_64 - an additional debian jessie builder for master
* centos73-x86_64 - builds master on a recent centos
* centos73-x86_64-test - builds master and runs the 'make check' tests
* ubuntu1610-x86_64 - builds master on a recent ubuntu
* linux-rc-x86_64 - builds master on the most recent linux rc
* linux-daily-x86_64 - builds master on the daily linux snapshot from the
                       ubuntu kernel team
* opensuse42-aarch64 - builds master on aarch64 on a raspberry pi 3

The linux-rc and linux-daily builders get the recent linux images and
headers from the packages made available by the Ubuntu kernel team
(http://kernel.ubuntu.com)

The aarch64 builder requires the arm64_linux26 patches in gerrit for the build
to succeed. I may update the buildbot to apply those after the git checkout
until the arm64_linux26 patches are merged.
