[OpenAFS-devel] "Managing AFS" - becoming open source

Hi. "Managing AFS" the book came out 21 years ago, and I just asked the
publisher for a "reversion of rights" back to me which they have just said
they'll do. That means that I should be able to do what I like with the
text once I sign the paperwork.
Frankly, not quite sure what to do. I could just put the text together in
some format on GitHub pages.
I know that there have been many changes with AFS in the past two decades
but if there's interest, I'd be happy if you wanted to fork a copy or do
something like leanpub.com or whatever.
(BTW, I won't get their diagrams - which were terrible anyway)
