[OpenAFS-devel] openafs-client 1.8.6 update in ubuntu 18.04 ppa not upgradable

Also note this only affects openafs-client, while the other packages =
will upgrade just fine. Since the bug fix sits in the kernel module, =
this is not a critical issue.
