[OpenAFS] OpenAFS on SuSE 7.0 - finally!

Although I had switched to stock 2.2.17 with ReiserFS patches applied
meanwhile (where "standard" IBM AFS works fine), I've tried Chaskiel's
modified patch now on a SuSE 7.0 system (2.2.16 built from SuSE kernel
sources).

It works great (so far ;-) ), the oddity with files' repeating contents
after 4 kB has gone!

Thanks much for the patch, Chaskiel. I think you should consider
submitting it to openafs-gatekeeper, even with that #ifdef _REISER_FS_I
LFS hack. People running kernel compiled from SuSE modified kernel
sources will definetely appreciate it.

Needless to say that I will post problems/oddities/etc. here in case
there are any. I'd prefer if they stay away ...
