[OpenAFS] openafs CML/NOCML - what's the plan as far as getting the mkvers stuff turned into something reasonable?

At the very least, I think it'd be good to just change it to set the version
to a compile timestamp - that should be a simple enough change. Ideally, it
would be good to have it do something that would get the current CVS
revision #, and perhaps all tags associated with tag revision number.
