[OpenAFS] cell registration ??

The Transarc AFS list, info-afs@transarc.com, should get you're site
information to all registered AFS site administrators/contacts (including those
at IBM/Transarc, I would think).  But it would be up to IBM/Transarc to include
that information in the CellServDB.sample file included in the commercial
distribution.  Is OpenAFS maintaining a global CellServDB as part of its
charter, or using what comes from IBM/Transarc?
