[OpenAFS] Windows problems

OK, I'm going crazy.

I've been having problems with InstallShield 5.1.  (ISBuild dies trying 
to write to location zero.  Tried service, no help.)  So far, I've been 
unsuccessful getting a copy of InstallShiled 5.5 to try that.  I *did* 
switch my build environment from NT SP6 to W2K SP1 with no change in 
the InstallShield problem.

So I cried uncle and downloaded the 1.0.4a install.exe.  It fails to 
run saying the install file is corrupt.  I tried downloading to W2K and 
NT, using IE and Netscape...

Help me please!
