[OpenAFS] fs mk Problem

Did you apply the appropriate ext3/2.4.7 patch to the AFS code?
OpenAFS-1.1.1 is known not to work with 2.4.7.

As for your error,:

bash: ./fs: No such file or directoryb

This appears that 'fs' is not in '.' (your current directory).
