[OpenAFS] Loading kernel modules fails

IIRC, this is caused when you try to install a module compiled against a
kernel with a large memory model into a kenrel with a smaller memory model.
With CONFIG_NOHIGHMEM set, the functions are macros, but with it unset, they
are functions.
Something like that.
