[OpenAFS] Extremely slow startup of afs.

Hi,
	I have openafs 1.1.1 running on an RH Linux 2.4.3-12 box. I
noticed that afs service is extremely slow to startup (when I boot up the
machine). For instance, it takes about 20 minutes to scan the cache. Has anyone faced this problem ?
