Hello all,

I am setting up our backup system for AFS. I am doing backups to a file
initially which will then be backed up by TSM. Last night I created a
dump level and a volume set, setup the tapeconfig file and the CFG_FILE
file. Here is what I put in them:

CFG_FILE:

FILE YES

tapeconfig:

		/dev/FILE	0

Then I started a dump and all went well for a little while,, but it kept
asking me for a new file each 2GB so I edited the tapeconfig file to say
this:

80G	0	/dev/FILE	0

I started another dump (but I didn't quit backup and restart it after
editing the tapeconfig file) and left for the day.

I returned this morning - it had asked for a new file after 2GB yet
again. After a bit of fiddling around because my tokens had expired -
needed to restart butc after getting new tokens, I started backup again
and began a dump. It's still asking for a new file after 2GB. What have
I missed?

cheers,

clare

(PS - I'm still trying to get OpenAFS going properly on DU 4.0D - no
replies from here or a DU admin list - does no-one have this working?)
